CosmoHub is a local marketplace where users can browse services, create listings, save favorites, message providers, write reviews, and report content or users.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. You may not use CosmoHub to post misleading listings, spam, harmful content, illegal offers, abusive messages, or content that violates another person's rights.

Some features require an account, including creating listings, contacting providers, saving favorites, submitting reviews, and reporting users or posts.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using it and contact the site operator as soon as possible.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings you create, including title, description, price, category, subcategory, photos, availability, and contact details.

Listings may be reviewed automatically or manually before they appear publicly. CosmoHub may reject, hide, inactivate, or remove listings that are unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, illegal, low quality, or unrelated to the marketplace.

Users may leave reviews for services and may report posts or users for admin review. Reviews and reports should be honest, relevant, and based on real interactions.

Admins may remove reviews, resolve reports, reject posts, block users, or take other moderation actions where needed to protect the community.

CosmoHub may help users contact each other, but agreements between users are their own responsibility. Unless clearly stated otherwise, CosmoHub is not a party to any service agreement, payment, appointment, or dispute between users.

Before paying or meeting someone, use common sense and verify the details yourself.

You keep ownership of content you post, such as listings, photos, profile text, reviews, reports, and messages.

By posting content, you give CosmoHub permission to display, store, process, moderate, translate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

CosmoHub may limit, suspend, or block accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, create unsafe content, repeatedly post rejected listings, harass users, or attempt to bypass moderation.

If an account is blocked, its listings may be hidden or inactivated.

The platform is provided as available. CosmoHub does not guarantee that listings are accurate, providers are available, messages are delivered immediately, or the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of CosmoHub after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
